Mediakim (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2019/349410/07), a company registered in the Republic of South Africa, is the Responsible Party for the personal information it processes. Our registered address is available on request.

Your rights under POPIA
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- be told what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
- ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or out of date;
- ask us to delete information, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- object to processing of your information in certain circumstances;
- withdraw consent you previously gave (for example for marketing); and
- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
How to make a request
Email our Information Officer at info@mediakim.co.za with the details of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable period as required by law. Much of your account information can also be viewed and updated directly in your dashboard profile.
Access to records (PAIA)
Requests for access to records held by Mediakim may be made under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). Direct any such request to our Information Officer at info@mediakim.co.za.
