Pair a tier with a marketing retainer.
Take a Master Tier together with a matching marketing retainer and the retainer's first six months come with a discount. Bespoke engagements are bundled by proposal.
Questions about the tiers.
How does the bundle discount work?
When you take a Master Tier with a matching marketing retainer, the marketing retainer receives a first-six-month discount. Orange receives 5%, Blue receives 7% and Purple receives 10%. Silver is quoted by proposal.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Your brand can start with one tier and grow into another. Upgrades are quoted as add-on work, with existing assets reused wherever possible.
What happens after my tier setup?
After setup, you can manage ongoing support through hosting, marketing, design or technical retainers. Each tier includes a support window, and longer-term support can be added once the project is live.
Are prices fixed?
Tier prices are guidance ranges because scope can differ. Every project is confirmed in writing before work begins, so you know what is included and what it will cost.
Can I customise a tier with add-ons?
Yes. Orange, Blue and Purple have set foundations, but can be expanded with add-ons. Silver is fully bespoke and designed through a proposal process.
