Challenge

EDGE IPS, Smart Quote, Tamam Systems and Old Mutual Insure operate as a connected ecosystem of insurance software. Each platform needed to communicate complex functionality clearly while feeling like part of the same family. Multilingual delivery, training documentation and a unified visual language were all required — with close coordination between creative production, developers and management teams.

Solution

Mediakim led a brand restructure from red and black to a refined blue palette — symbolising trust, innovation and stability. The work spanned UI/UX collaboration with developers, high-value training manuals (in English and Arabic for Tamam Systems), system documentation, brochures and presentations. For Old Mutual Insure, internal training material was rebranded to align with the updated corporate tone.

Outcome

Training content, manuals and presentations became more accessible — supporting better client onboarding and clearer platform understanding. The unified identity system now scales across a complex software brand family, with multilingual content delivered with cultural and regulatory sensitivity.
